It’s a new year and a new me! 2012 has brought me ups and down, surprises and disappointments. However, I expect 2013 to be better! Starting with that my little ole blog is going to be 1 years old soon and with my new look! Shaved and a pompadour??? How could I not resist?!
Now for my new year resolution:
1-Drink less
2-Spend less, save more.
3-Finish my degree in Fashion Merchandising @ FIT!
4-Get fit!

I am so in love with Pussybow blouses at the moment. And anyone who knows me, knows I looooovvvveee polka dots! So this was the perfect combination. Paired the blouse with skinny jeans from H&M and Jeffrey Campbell heels! The color is devine and the heel is so Miu Miu. If you are loving this look and want to make it your own, I say you could also take a skinny belt and belt it around your waist, Roll the sleeves up a bit to make it less stuffy and proper. The blouse is a boyfriend blouse, so it is on the longer side. This look can definitely be worn by a woman who has a bigger midsection and looking to hide that. This outfit is definitely forgiving and still chic at the same time. True to my style, i loved that not so matchy matchy satchel! If you haaaaave to match, paint your nails the color of the bag. Hey there! So here I am! This is my personal style and what I wore to work today. Off duty my style is eclectic and funky and I try to incorporate some (not all) of that funkyness on duty, as I work in a law firm. That some times, well most times, doesnt work. I love colors and prints. I can’t help it! So I stand out like a sore thumb in a room full of suits.
It was so nice outside in the city today and I got a little excited. LOL. I hate the cold. Spring is around the corner! So I decided to wear a tank. Like I said previously in one of my posts, I love winterizing my peep toe shoes and dresses and shorts, hell everything! And if you were skeptical about trying out the whole stockings + shoe thing, as you can see, it works. Try it! At the office, I do keep a closet full of blazers to dress up or sophisticate an outift that may be too out there. Although not pictured, in the office I covered my tank with a black tuxedo blazer by Old Navy.
I love love love my Marco Santi heels for Sole Society (<— click link for more info). Sole Society is a shoe club and if you are up on them, waaaaaayy better than Shoedazzle. I got them last year and they are so comfy and made of real suede and need I repeat $49.95! I love the color and it gives a pop to outfits. It’s real suede. And I gets tons of compliments on these when I wear them.
